Should i get my simple cut and blow dry here in england for about £25 to £35 for a good cut or should i get it done in Islamabad when i go next week? Are there good hair dressers in Islamabad? If so please could someone recommend some. Also i want to dye my hair too if possible, Has anyone got their hair dyed in Islamabad? This is presumably for the ones that live there.
