so i need to get my hair dyed. i’m very light complexion. currently my hair is dyed ( i did ti myself and the colour is too dark to even be visible). but when i get my hair dyed i’m pretty sure it’d have to be bleached for the new colour to show up. i’m not dying myself. but just wana know which shade to go for. i want my whole hair dyed and the colour to be visible. i’m trying to avoid copper and red shades. plz ladies help.
also if someone can recommend a place in toronto (GTA) that’d b great.
