and cuts for fall. I want something reallly really red and something diff with the cut. I have had layers for like 7 years now! Usually long layers staright or curled at the ends…I dont want something too funky but def something different!

have u tried those face framing fringes? i think they would look hot if u plan to go really red....u know the ones thickly cut across the forehead and then get longer in layers along the sides of your face and make every face look so cute.....unless u have a long face....
and keep the back one length.....
oh yeah try red hair with some highlights....let us know how it comes out...!

Yea i used to have a face frame for like two yrs but its too much work and i constantly just kept putting em behind my ears n i want something i can do quick instead of standing their blow drying n all

The new shade of haircolor that is really in these days is plum. I just had that done and it looks awesome especially with our desi skin tones.

i read that pin straight, blunt cut, shoulder length (or longer) hair are in for fall......
im trying to grow my hair loooooong.....i want it to be up to my waist. i got all-over layers with shaggy ends and V-shaped back which doesnt need much maintenance.....

y dont u go light ash brown ....or just light brown....
u know what im just throwing things at u...it all depends on your skin and face structure...but the face framing stuff works on most people....

I wanna dye my hair light brown and get dark blonde/golden/honey highlights but I've found that far too many desi girls and their mtoher get it, esp ones with dark desi brown skin who get platinum streaks.. i think it looks horrible but hey watever floats ur boat :p But I still think i mite get my hair done.. it'll run me abt $300 :(

TJ I actually had an appt to getmy hair done, cut, color, highlighted etc, for under 150, but the people workin tehre were so damn rude and unclassy not to mention ignorant and dumb.. Whereas at another salon, i got a consultation, and they were really nice and friendly but too expensive :(

I recently got my hair done a dark golden brown colour. It looks very close to my original hair colour. I really like it ... I had red hair for nearly four years and then switched into the browns. It's nice to have dark hair once again. I think it makes me look more simple and approachable :D whereas the red was too intimidating for people. I have a lot of grey showing so I will be getting my hair re-done and chopped off before Eid.
What is your face shape Tikhi? Only when we know the shape can we suggest styles. For me, below the chin bob cut with long layers and diagnolly cut bangs/fringe seems to work.

Thanks Mahru....but I don't know about plum. It looks too done. I prefer something that looks natural with my skin. I will consider going a little bit darker brown though.
