Re: Hair Care
1- I wash/shampoo/condition my hair everyday. I have to. I have very, very curly hair that I wear natural, I don’t blow dry or straighten it, so washing everyday is a must because the only way I can style it is wet.2- I only use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, because I have get the Brazillian Blowout treatment done to combat frizziness. My hair is so curly that this treatment does not straighten it all, it just makes it lie nicely in smooth, loose wavy curls3- Brazillian Blowout treatment once or twice a year4- I don’t oil, don’t really have a need to5- I get my hair cut twice a year, to manage the length 6- I do not brush my hair…if I did, I’d look like a poodle or worse, Cousin It from the Adams Family. People with naturally curly hair like mine cannot brush it!! That is why washing it daily is so important, I detangle in the shower while conditioning with a pick or my fingers7- Never 8- Dont really use any…I only use 2 hair products…a curl cream and mousse…I scrunch those two products into my hair and let it airdry. Sometimes I’ll use an Argan Oil finishing spray but that’s just occasionally.I would like to add that I have never colored or highlighted my hair and I don’t use a hair dryer or heat tools to style…the only time I straighten my hair is once or or twice a year when I go for a haircut and my stylist does it. I don’t have a problem with split ends either. My hair is pretty healthy and I’m a low maintenance kind of gal so I don’t have an elaborate hair routine.
Sounds like my hair, I have wavy hair , they aren’t too curly but the front ones are and this is why it becomes hard for me to style, I have to must straight them to get a nice fringe. My hair are not dry just like yours , they are healthy but they got frizz, I have to apply hair serum to tame them. Once i wash, condition, apply serum they stay good for two whole days. Do you use shampoo everyday or just rinse them with water some days?
