First of all, one u have started the topic it will give you a window like the one below. Click where it says *Insert an image into your post. *

Then another smaller window will appear something similar to the one below. Click the Browse button and find the picture you want to upload. Make sure the file is smaller than 75 kilobytes as u can check it in the file properties. Now when u have find the file and u have chosen the file u wanted to upload click “Upload” button
