Re: Haemoglobin levels?
So everything in medicine is a range. There is not one set value. You want to be within that range, whatever that is. Eg blood sugar, blood pressure, hemoglobin. Now hemoglobin is a tiny molecule inside your red blood cells (RBCs). Part of it’s composition is iron, and that iron carries O2 to your body. Low hemoglobin roughly translates into low iron, aka anemia. That can lead to a whole lot of problems, and one of the main manifestations of it is pheeka color, or pallor. Now your hemoglobin levels are within the normal range, so you’re good. Try to keep those levels. If they do go down, the first thing that one would do is to increase their iron consumption so eat iron rich foods. If that doesn’t work, then one has to take iron supplements, and the doctor can determine which ones and which type you need.
