I dunno faisal bhai:-) I too wanna know what this hadith means if u have any reference to it... I am sure the context is beyond what we can think by simply looking at it.. so, what will be your opinion? Rather I actually wanna know if u have any source where an opinion of a knowledgeable person can be viewed.. ofcourse Munkireen-e-hadeeth are **NOT* what I am looking for :-)
thanks!
JazakAllah for sharing ![]()
If a lie can save an Innocent’s life…then only it is allowed!
While making jokes, mostly are based on experience (may be fake) but then we give them a shape of story, which my obviosuly be not true, but as long as no one is hurt by any joke, and people do have laugh, …
But when ever there is a laugh, we mostly could hurt some one’s feelings, …thats why;
Prophet Muhammad :saw: has said “Don’t laugh with a wide open mouth”
He never had big LAUGh…but he has smile on his face when ever needed …
These are all Character of Muslim, we do need to learn!
Allah maaf karay ham sab ko ![]()
wow, I never knew that. jazakallah.
Y would holy Prophet b telling any one to tell a lie when he him self never told a lie. Can u plz Check tht if this hadith is correct.
Bec u think its worong bec....
Once my dad told me tht '' once a Shabi came to Holy Propht PBUH and said i do all the wrong things in the world i lie, i drink (and what not) and i will leave one bad thing that i do 4 u. Holy Prophet PBUH said stop laying. the man said ok.
The when they man thought he wnated to drink, he thought what will i say to Holy Pophet PBUH, and if i drink and tell the truth i will get the punishment (i think some time in Jail or get wipped)so he didnt drink, same with some other bad things he decided to do.
Thus one day he went to Holy Prophet PBUH and told him that he had have become a reformed man by just telling the truth, hes a new man.
In some other place Holy Prophet says'' Tell truth even if it dos harm to u''
thus i am sure Holy Prophet wont tell any body to lie when i quran it is emphasised clearla lot of times to tell truth

absolutely right:)
but in same quran, there is also mentioning of ﻪﻴﻘﺗ :-) something that is not lie but is not true the way it is being told either..
similarly also keep in mind that a hypocrite also lies as it is a sign of one..
now keep these things in context, the authority and validation of the hadeeth is the question... DO we really know the context of this hadith before rejecting it's validity?
let's read what is the point of other people who may be more knowledgeable :-)
Prophet Muhammad :saw: here is talking about the person who does create peace amongst people, that person brings some those evidences or proofs which other people can’t see … he does it all for the sake of keeping peace … he does not mischief any one, he doesn’t spoil any one, and he might give an outline of tale or some thing about his speculation or proof …
Prophet Muhammad :saw: is talking about that Person and saying NOT to call him a liar!
People listen!
Prophet Muhammad :saw: has declared 2 major sins which creates FITNA in umma’t one is Telling Lie and the other one is Back Biting,
Prophet :saw: says, these two sins create FITNA in Umma’t …
Plz. Don’t presume any thing wrong or declare any authentic Hadees as wrong byself… Saha-Satta are the most authentic books of Ahadees…
May Allah forgive me if I said anything wrong aamin!
