What is the simple meaning of this hadith:

He who trails his garment out of pride, Allah (swt) will not look towards him on the day of rising?

**Allah does NOT like takabbur and takabbur is the worst trait that a human can have because it destroys the individual from inside and he/she doesn't even know it.

Iblees was kicked out of janna and lost his HIGH position due to takabbur. that destroyed him for ever...he is condemned till eternity.**

unfortunately, we ALL suffer from it in varying degrees.

Any kind of arrogance/pride/takkabur and wastage is disliked in Islam.
In those days kings , queens and other rich folks used to wear a garment with long tails , their slaves would hold those tails while these people walked.
That tail behind a garment is wastage of cloth too, that same cloth can be used to make a garment for a poor person.
