dera bugti was referring to shahid afridi (i never knew afridi is called lala). i know irfan kiyani (hadiqa kiyani’s brother) is known as lala so i thought he was talking about him. hadiqa calls her brother lala-i have heard her saying it in some interviews. lala means brother-older brother (as far as i know)

Lala = big brother in pashto.

Thank god for the first time sahir show is bearable to watch. could have been better but this show is much better than his previous shows. and also thank god that he got a new haircut though he still needs a new better hair cut. sahir does resemble srk a lot. in this show he looked a lot like him the way he was talking and hosting. there is nothing wrong if he wants to be like him. in his pictures sahir also looks a lot like rameez raja and moin akhter rather than srk. i first time i though of him as srk was when i heard his prog on radio when he did scenes from srk movies like chalte chalte etc-in totally srk style like full on romantic. sahir sounds much more educated than his sister though she is a doc and he isnot but he sounds more presentable...he isnot bad looking either but he needs to:

tone down and host in a normal way
groom himself-get rid of that foundation/makeup and get a new haircut....he is educated (i guess-well he sounds like one) so he can be good.

hadiqa was good in this show. i always thougt that hadiqa cannot speak good urdu (same goes for haroon of awaz) but she can speak it well. overall she was pretty impressive in this show.

The fact that they even have such useless shows on TV in Pakistan just shocks me. Such bakhwaas. Do I really care how one celebrity is ranking other celebrities?? In an industry where the actual product is so poor?
