if its a hadeeth qudsi, then it should be "Allah SWT said"..not 'rasool Allah saw said'..you may wanna check

hadeeth qudsi are the words of Allah that He spoke through the prophet saw, though they were not in the quran, and when narrating hadeeth qudsi, its always as 'Allah says' coz they are His words, not prophet muhammads
