I think your own system is infected and he is getting all this information through your emails. So you can do following few things.
Stop using your own computer. Use some other computer to change your passwords for all the emails you have.
Disconnect your system from Internet and scan it for any spyware. I'll recommend a fresh installation of windows.
Stop using any 3rd party sites to access your emails.
Stop sharing any personal information over Internet and use direct phone calls for that.
Inform police if it is getting out of control.
Reject all his demands. He is just a computer geek trying to play with people's lives sitting behind his computer.
