I was browsing a link this guy shared on his Facebook. Which made me to go through in detail about it. I know many will feel that it is another bore Documentary or Out of Mind Conspiracy theory, but I doubt that you will think on it after watching it.
What is H.A.A.R.P?
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program
The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).[1] Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric weapons technology for weather modification and surveillance purposes (such as missile detection).[2] The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska.
The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.

There can be some drama and some extra comments in these videos but just concentrate on the actual part of it and if you feel like finding more google and youtube are there to guide you further. If anyone thinking why these facilities are not well secured as anyone can film it, then the answer should be simple. They are still saying its some experiment facility for betterment and want to keep low profile about it.
Indeed we have to fear Allah for our deeds and for our wrong doings but at this point if we just think about it if H.A.A.R.P has been used in these places (Experimental level or for real attack) then it can be something a call of war.
In total Kashmir, Earth Quake, Haiti Earth Quake, China Earth Quake, Tsunami, Chili Earth Quake and also may be the Iranian Earth Quake (Killed more than 50,000). All of them do say something about this. I really mean not all but still something. That why ONLY those places with dense population got hit by a huge Earth Quake and never heard about other barren places (Whereas many places are monitored constantly for the effect of Earth Quake).

All started suddenly and thousands died, millions displaced, hundreds of villages vanished in the matter of just 4 days!!…strangely there were no weather warnings, no alarms..none of the global met offices was able to predict torrential downpours that precipitated the worst floods in Pakistan’s history. Was HAARP involved?

There are videos about strange cloud changes on youtube, before china got hit by the worst Earth Quake few years back.
