Gynecologist and experience

Salaam everyone,

I have been referred to a gynecologist with only One year of experience. Does the experience matter? Am due in dec, inshaAllah and getting worried now. Is it better to find an experienced gyne? My first appointment with her is in a few days.

Hmm I would say decide after the first appointment. For gynae experience matters as much as professionalism and compassion for the patient. Otherwise you could just ask other doctors/people who would know this gynaecologist for opinion too ..
