All three have the best effect when your chant Ommmmmm! Before during and after.

Physical activity

What do you have in mind?

Go for it LP Nike's slogan: Just do it!!

I am searching for center’s which provide it for adults but so far I’ve only come across the ones for kids :bummer:

Gymnastics gave me my very first back injury a long time ago, I am scarred for life, never again. :D

Yoga is great, wish I had more time for it.

I hope you find what you are looking for, good luck.

Well, yoga does the opposite. It helps reduce or eliminate some aches including minor backaches.
I haven’t tried the other two,so can’t say about them.

I don’t think I can recover from any injuries at this stage:hehe:

I am scarred for life as well, after someone questioned the veracity of the pack count.
