^ cool i worked out on saturday taking a 2 days break, but will be trying something new tomm.

its called Bikram yoga, suppose to be really good ... u do basic yoga in a sauna type of a room (105 degrees) ... its a 90 min thing and ll be going back the next day inshallah.

I hope its as good as it sounds...suppose to burn more thn 500 calories in the 90 mins :D
