These days they have those new types of gyms where they dance with music and claim that it is the best.

Something like acrobatics / aeromatics ... Whatever.....

i do go to gym regulary but does not excierse rather than play any sports :D

Aerobics. Nothing new about Aerobics. They’ve had them in most gyms forever. Great workout though.
