Rock wall climbing- goodness it burns upto 600 cals per hour depending on your weight and excercises every muscle you can imagine off. It really works the biceps, triceps, butt, obliques, thighs and calves. Keeps you in great shape without putting on bulk (not many women want to looklike the incredible hulk)
