I have started gym!
Well till now I have not lost any weight
I used to go daily for a month for about 50 min. each time now I dont go daily but 3 times a week.
I did cardio yesterday for about 45 min on the treadmill and today I have gained few grams instead of losing the days I dont do exercise I lose some grams. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Its frustrating, if I hadnt taken an year membership I would have stopped, I need so some motivation.
Arent there any instructors at the gym? Ask them or just go to a doctor and ask him what could possibly be the reason behind your weight gain irrespective of you excersing.
what are you eating when your not at the gym.you need a balanced diet otherwise anything you lose you will put it back it on again. but yeah ask a trainer.
you're building muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat, which is why the scale is either going up or not budging. don't go by the scale- go by how your clothes fit. are they getting looser on you? you're probably losing inches instead of pounds and thats totally fine! also our bodies get used to the same workout and then it becomes less effective- try switching it up- get on the bike or the elliptical instead of just doing the treadmill. and whatever machine you get on, choose the "interval" setting- it'll vary the speed and intensity and that makes for a more effective workout.
The trainer is stupid, lets say I cannot ask him, even if I do, he will make a stupid face.
Its not a very nice gym, I joined it coz it was near my home and Kindergarten of my child and I could go there after work before picking her up from KA.
I eat normal, like salan roti, diet products, I dont eat junk and drink sodas, at work, I take backed fish with steamed veggies and salads with water!! I try to drink a lot sometimes I do and sometimes I forget.

Well, my cloths sometimes are fit and sometimes are loose, they vary. Thats whats irriating, I get happy that I am getting results and then the results are gone all of a sudden. :(
you shouldnt be weighing/measuring yourself from day to day! just continue a regular exercise routine and eat right and compare results every 2-3 months.
