I have access to this machine that you will mostly find in gyms. You keep adding weights at the back e.. 5kg, 10 kg etc. and then pull the side bars forward with your arms. You also pull the rod above with your arms.
Now, i have heard from various people that isnt good. It builds muscles for girls and even if it may decrease the shoulder & upper back area, it muscularizes your body in an ugly way.
I am doubtful now, if any one has used such a machine please tell me is it good for redicing arms upper shaft baby fat? What other option can i use for rigorous weight loss of baby fat from my arms and upper back area?
