gym and Ramadan

How do u guys combine IF u can combine these two things?

or do u guys just take one month of from it?

You have the rest of the year to visit the gym so why worry about working out during a four week period in the year.

I still go, I just cut my workout in half..and instead of running on the treadmill, I just walk briskly, like (5.0mph)

Yes. I feel healthier during Ramazan
because of the combination of workout and fast.

r u talking abt the mardana weight lifting workout? or the gay pansy treadmill/jogging workout?

I just let myself go fat during Ramadan.

I have been thinking about the same problem myself, but aftre iftar I am too tired to go. So, I am gonna take it easy this month and start again in november.

well i want to lose 10-15 lbs before the end of december, hopefully this ramadan i wont gain weight :rolleyes: :bummer:

im gonna start going to the gym after dinner :) i think my 6 weeks off have done some serious damage..

but as Shahreen said, 4 weeks isnt gonna do much to u...

i'm badly out of shape, need to hit the gym and hit it hard

hardly have time to go to the gym, hal ye hai ke saari namaaz oor tarawee kharre ho kar ada karna, oor lambi lambi suratein parhna. :p

a couple of yrs back, i used to take acetyl l carnitine (helps burn fat as energy) with water for aftaari and go to gym... run n do my weights, and come home n have a nice dinner... well okay not nice,, just my normal protein shake n tuna or chicken n stuff.
