gym addicts

i see people who actually enjoy working out and are addicted

i get so bored. cant seem to make it a routine and think its a huge task. like why do i have to work out…my ancestors didn’t!!

so how do you guy lose weight?

Working out doesn’t necessarily have to be in the gym. If you find that boring, you could always try something else like running, step aerobics, zumba, kickboxing or begin playing a sport.

Having someone to workout with also helps with not getting bored.

Haven’t been to the gym in 2 years. Dang I need to lift some weights, put on some weight.

Forget loosing weight and try to get into creative ideas being in gym. Spend some money on yourself and get into a good gym where you can be in the group classes. Also start playing sports like Racquetball, tennis etc. Many good gyms have swimming pool and aqua fitness classes as well. So go for it. A good gym is far the best place to spend your leisure time.

Just bringing myself in, I spend 2-3 hours easily every day in gym but my activities are so much diversified that it doesnt feel boring.
And yes, you’ll feel loosing weight itself once you are hooked up.

yea sid..i might go the classes route.. i last ke that stuff more

2-3 hours… well i cant spare that much time for the gym :frowning: 1 hour is enough for me… got so many other things to do

and i dunno how to swim :mad:

^ Al Campanis would have said you don’t have the necessities to float. Ergo..
