Thinking about buying a plot there. Are there any developers selling any plots there and is it better to get commercial or residential? I assume you can have a mixed use commercial.

Gwadar plots hav already been discussed in another thread , and for yr info good pieces of land hav been sold by now + chances of fraud r quiet high over there
