^ No the only thing i want is my wife cooks like my mom and thats all nothing more. She has to cook. And not just some crap cooking like really tasty because when it comes to food i am spoiled my mom is a chef and i can't live without her food.

^ I don't know DF. It's hard to say. I've seen a couple of guys who live alone and are laid back and I've seen those who live with their families and are more picky. I don't know enough cases to make a generalization.
It's possible that people who live alone are used to being independent and having things done in their own way and could prefer that their partner adjust to their set way of doing things. Just a guess. Hard to say.
As far as the saas bit........I don't know how I'll act because I'm nowhere near that stage of life. I know I have my faults but I also know that I don't enjoy manipulating one person against another. That sort of cunning is not within my nature so I'm hoping I'll be a decent, caring, and open/fair-minded MIL.

Even an educated individual can uphold jahil beliefs. And someone who is uneducated could have a more intelligent thought process.
Stupidity/Insecurities/Callous behavior can transcend education and class. There are educated MILS out there who feel no shame in engaging/creating fitna in their own families.

But I don't think think this thread is about Mothers-in-law. It's about whether guys who live alone.......or whose parents have passed away.......or who are sole sons.........are more difficult to handle than the most devious of MILS.

lol@ Fitna ... i can understand ... i feel really very bad for 1 of my friend ... who had the same kinda educated MILS ...i remem once a fight was broke up in the family ...As all family members ver invited to dinner ... n ths MIL was naraz coz se had a point lik no1 hav invited her ... as relatives hav called to FIL instead of MIL ...in office n giv him the dtails abt the party n dinner ... her point was lik i was @ home n the relatives should call me ...@ hom n shd invite me 1-1 over phone or cell ... u knw the EGO.... Azat e Nafas ... so at the end ... old family mems talked to her n or unhai piyaar se samajaya .... so thts the story of educated MILs ....
