Guys - What do you expect from your wife/wife-to-be?

I seriously want to know what men expect their wives to do for them. This includes:

  1. How you want her to carry herself
  2. How you want her to treat you
  3. What you want her to take care of
  4. How you want her to deal with your family
  5. What you expect her to know already
  6. What exactly is it that will make you happy enough to say “I have a perfect wife*”*

Of course, this will vary a lot from guy to guy, so here's my personal perfect wife:

She genuinely tries to understand and do the things that make me happy. In itself, this broad concept is pretty much what I'd like.

To answer your specific questions:

  1. Hm, not sure I understand. I want her to be confident, cheerful and presentable.
  2. Make a concerted effort to keep me happy.
  3. I'll try to do everything I can that makes her happy.
  4. Respectfully. I'd expect both of us to treat our inlaws like wed treat our own families.
  5. Hm, generally, the more her knowledge and interests align with mine, the better.
  6. The above 5 will go a long way.

Submission, Obedience, Compliance and Silence (SOCS) to the man. All women should strive for that.... divorce rate would certainly drop.

1.Har waqt sari and heavy jewelry with really heavy makeup like those in indian soaps
2. respect is the key.

4. like i deal with hers.
5. everything. for God's sake ,shes a woman.
