is it true that at night time…the guys hostels rooms are locked…I mean they are not allowed to come out? if they come out then they are not allowed back in?

I need help…I made someone come out of a hostel and now I feel bad. is there any way for them to get back in ?
**he **had to stay in a hostel today cuz was outta the city for some meeting…anyway…I wanted to talk to him and he said we can only text and not talk …cuz theres 5 guys in the room and he cant go out…so i got naraz and acted naraz in all the texts i sent him…and was being naraz despite his texts to make me happy again.
then i got text and he said we can talk now cuz he has come out…and we talkd and I felt so bad. i mean even his friend followed him out too…so they’re both stuck outside and have to sleep on the benches cuz of me now I feel bad…I didnt think he would actually come out to talk to me…
Don’t worry then, since they have spent the better part already. Its only a matter of a few more minutes before they can offer the fajr prayer on the bench of their choice
