My dad is great at the following:
Tarka daal
Chicken curry
Aloo gosht
Chaulai saag
Kala chaana
Bombay aloo
He also makes perfect fried eggs
My hubsand is great at all breakfast things, and his fried eggs rival my Dad's. In fact all his egg items a great, which is good for me as I've never been able to make a decent fried egg, omlette or scrambled eggs. He's also good at pan fried fish. He claims he can cook other things to - but he's not cooked anything else for me yet.
