Do I go for my annual physical? No. Last time I went was in 2005 or 06. Why go if the system is running fine :halo:

My first physical was not what I was expecting :blush: but the next one was not that kind :cb:

Shikra ji! You have to go no matter what. It is best to get assurance that system is running fine every year. Insha'Allah it will be but sometimes many big problems can be prevented by small precautions.

Only Me can motivate myself. If I am feeling good about some thing, than yea, I'll do it. Otherwise no.

But I do like to stay clean and play games to keep my self fit. :)

As far as taking care of myself (khana time par nahin khati, sleep really late :cb:) is concerned mum always tells me that. BKG has a tendency to do the same too :blush:
Where other things are concerned I do them without being told :@:
