my question is that Does the Muslim practice of giving honey to a newborn child have any impact on the future personality or habits of the child?

First it is ghutti not gurtee I don't know rest but it sunnah.Hazrat Mohammad(p.b.u.h.) gave ghutti to children as I remember.But I have to check

sorry abt the spellings infact i didnt know the exact word .anyways can u plz tell me what our Holy prophet (P.B.U.H) used to give to newborns as guttee??

Actually my doc told me on our early visits…by then she already had her honey!!

Also i read in several baby books…cant remember the names though.

Altho I think they do not advise to as a regular food intake before 1 year…I suppose.

Now at age two she loves her honey and we have to hide it from her.
