Has the mass email gone out already? If so, do you have a strategy to engage people who come back? Or will they just bounce?
If the email has’nt gone out (I have not received one, just happened to visit randomly after 10 years and this was happening…hence the question), I’d recommend engaging a core group from few generations of guppies, get some activity going and then mass invite people back.

Consider getting rid of the establishment as well. Some of the flawed policies came from them and it has hurt this community over the long run. It had become a place where egos clashed. If you are gonna start all over then consider this change.
