I didn’t get what you meant by we may have more problems with people not being able to get in contact with this person

Khair, if you are referring to the heads of the department and you not being able to get in contact with them, then you should choose only those that will be in contact with you through PMs and/or Yahoo, MSN etc etc. Also, if you and crescent are the ones that will review everything then you should set a deadline for the head of each department so that they submit their section on time and you & crescent have enough time to review everything. The heads of the department might also want to do the same (set deadline for his/her department so that he/she gets enough time to review everything before submitting it to you and crescent). If you plan out everything and select the right people, I’m sure everything can be smooth :k:
