^ Yeah, good suggestion. To be a mod , one has to contribute positively to the discussions going on, and i'm guessing not be an immature tool like most posters (yes i am including myself in that one, and please no whining abt how some mods suck, etc etc)...so why shud ethnicity have anything to do w/ it? :D
