Within Ahmadis, divide them into two:
-still living in Pakistan
-are not living in Pakistan
in the “not Living” section:
-those living in NYC
-Those not…
In the NYC section:
-those who are good
-those who are Mazhabi
in Good section:
choose a winner. Simple.
And make another award for someone who always comes up with a simple and sensible solution.
