I have been talking to some (local) members about potential dates for picnic and it seems quite hopeless but after reading James thread I realized what we have here and now (opportunity, people, ideas) we may not have tomorrow - so I have decided to do one regardless. Ya kinda dedicated to James bhai … or … one last time to see me before Ramadan comes ('cuz you know mischief is banned during ramdan) LOL

I am giving almost a month headsup, most people should be able to accomodate. Feel free to call friends, family and enemies …

I am going to Toronto on September 5, and coincidentally, this is on Sunday, the only free day that I will have.

it would be really convenient for me if you could arrange it on a saturday
although sunday is not out of bounds - just that I will have to come all the way to toronto just to attend the meet - Saturday I will already be in Toronto

Venue will either be Center Island Park or Jack Danial (both on lakeshore road).

Don’t worry phoenix, there’s a guppy meet in London in late October that I’ll be organizing. These Canadian guppies just aren’t enough for me :snooty:

I am gonna choose Jack Darling park as lot of people said its more convenient (and free parking means we can pickup people from Square one / go stations near by easily)

@Maddy: LOL its not that bad, little walk won't hurt anyone. At least we can unload stuff near our picnic place (and don't have to carry stuff)

@Smilestar: Its the Public Demand ... Just look at Gen. Mushy, he fired CJ and that was against public demand - so all break loose ... we dont' want a riot on our hands now , do we?

@DA: LOL she is "gurly mad", where she won't say she is mad but she is mad. Hmmm ... maybe I should send my mom to her house to manaa-ing her?
