Guppies in Karachi or Islamabad

I need some information about the educational books n CDs.
Where in Karachi /Islamabad you can get a good variety of books for children…???
And specially when it comes to titles published in UK …can we get the same titles there…???

I mean, I have a good collection of educational material…all from UK but how my cousin in Karachi/Islamabad can get the same ones in Pakistan…???
And if these titles aren’t available, can some of you recommend the excellent ones in circulation over there…???
same question is about CDs n educational software…

her child is 4 years old …n I need to reply her in a few days …so pleeeeaaaaseee!!! I’ll appreciate your help!

Bibi there are hundreds of places, i cant list them all.

U can virtually find any book here in karachi that u will find in uk/states.

Try liverty books, they have many branches in city and u can purchase online.

Or Paramount Book shop, it has one or two branches too & u will find almost all the reads there, i think the whole floor is dedicated to kids books.

Or there is Oxford University Press’, they have few branches as well in the city.

There is Family Book Shop on boat basen, there is Whole Urdu bazar dedicated to books. Even if they dont have it, u tell them & they will get it for u.

Similarly there r whole uni center and other CD center full of thousands of CD, almost every single area will have saveral CD shops.

Infact my cousin lives in karachi ....n i asked islamabad just in case :-)

n having absolutely no knowledge of karachi, i wouldn't know what to find where ....khayr i think i'll tell her the shops JB mentioned .....

but are u ppl sure she can get the same CDs over there...????

i just know of urdu bazaar in khi :D i dont know where it is located though, i have heard a lot about it. there are good book stores in the new malls that has opened up recently. khi guppie can give u more details on that.
