I need to know if anyone here is familiar with DHA lahore. Need to know which phases are fully developed and people are already living there?? I tried googling but was not really successful as it keeps giving me plot prices and stuff.
Another question is, if anyone could recommend trustworthy builders there?? If a person, not residing in lahore, wants to custom build his home, what options are available. I need some really trustworthy names here, please.

Well as far as I am aware. DHA Phase 1, 2, 3 ,4 ,5 and 6 are fully developed and ready for construction of houses. Phase 6 is the newest one which has reasonably good number of population residing but still many houses are still under construction in phase 6. Possession is very near for Phase 7, which will be ready for construction in another 1 to 2 years from now. People who are holding phase 7 plots or files cannot construct houses unless possession is granted since development is still going on there. Phase 8 and 9 files are selling like hot cakes now a days due to best location (Nearest to the Airport and Lahore Rind Road). Both Phase 8 and 9 will only be livable after 8 to 10 years from now.

Afia there is a website: Lahore Real Estate - Discussion Forum, you can simply ask experts there. Many renowned Builders/ Agents are registered, they can guild you well. Make sure not to trust anyone blindly. Just Google Lahore Real Estate - Discussion Forum and you will the link of the website.

Phase V, blocks A to Z all are residential and fully developed areas

We are thinking along the lines of building our home in phase 6. But I have not been to that area of lahore in past many years, so no idea of development there. I would like to know of any trustworthy builders there, please.
Also, are there any good schools near phase 6???

lgs is in phase 5, dunno about 6

Everything in DHA is Expensive as compared to other areas of Lahore. Im nt sure about Phase 6, but Yes, there are good schools in DHA like Educators, becanhous, but these schools are Expensive. Best of luck.
