A combination of the two can be quite an awkward situation. (especially the “Gupistan in ‘Real’ Life” scenario). When this unintentionally happens to you, it is a definate sign that you spend way too much time on GS.
I was telling a friend about this one girl I know (her name is Sara), and my friend is like “Oh, well what’s her name?”. I’m like, “Sara”. And then my friend goes, “Sara who?”, and I replied “Sara five sixteen”. My friend was like, “What?!”, and then I was just like, “aahhh no no I mean sara ahmad.” ( I have absolutely NO idea why I said Sara516 lol)
Earlier today in trig. class, we were discussing sine waves and whatnot. We were using the example of the phases of the moon (full moon, 3/4 moon, half moon, and crescent), and the teacher called my name to address one of the questions. I wasn’t really paying attention, so I quickly came up with a phony answer. I said, “Um, yea when the graph is at it’s minimum point, the moon is shown as a cressi ”. (I meant to say “crescent”, but I said “cressi” because that’s what we call the GS member “Crescent_” for short, yea?)
LOL. The entire class started laughing, perhaps because it sounded silly to them. However, I was laughing twice as hard as any of them, because I knew why I had said “cressi” instead of “Crescent”.
I’m such a dork.
