This is an idiotic “muslim wanna be” government’s way of interpreting islamic laws. Whenever they end up implementing the law exactly to the word without understanding it, they make a mockery of islam. **Idea behind have 4 witnesses is that a Strong evidence should be provided so people are not accusing others of rape willy nilly. **Nowadays we have all kind of scientific methods available to us which provide that strong evidence thats needed.

Going back to the topic at hand, its really saddening to see this sort of barbaric behavior being forced on women.

No.. 4 witnesses are needed to prove zina, not rape..
