I don’t know many Arab-Paki couples but have heard of plenty of cases from family and it’s usually accepted by both sides… I know of one incident where it didn’t work out but they were Shia’s and I think the Paki Shia was better of with a Paki anyhow because Paki Shia girls are more pure and clean compared to Arab Shia girls because Paki Shia’s don’t do Mut’ah.
