Amir of Jamat-e-Islami, Karachi says that the attack on Christians in Karachi was the doing of India. First of all they duck every time the issue of minority rights is mentioned. When they can’t duck, they just blame India. But they’d never point a finger at their own.

Pakistan hasn’t official blame India for attack on Christians as they have blamed Pakistan for Temple attack in Gujrat without evidence

India is usually the one that blames Pakistan for everything, Pakistan often suspects India, but unlike India, due to lack of evidence, they rarely blame India officially.

Why is everyone getting so defensive? I did not mention the government of Pakistan. I just mentioned Jamaat-e-Islami. And yes, the statement of the JI Amir of Karachi is a cop-out. He would do anything to actually condemn this kind of attack, or god forbid, point a finger at jihadi groups. Instead, lump it all on India and make merry.
The same is going on here. No one addressed the issue. Everyone is getting defensive about Pakistan.
