Legitimate question:
Can a right-handed person be a left-handed guitarist? Cuz I kinda suck at Guitar Hero right now, since i play with my right hand, and man, it cramps up quick. so i was like ok, next time i play it, i’ll play with my left hand.
So anyone know of some awesome rocking guitarist/bassist that play with their left but are right handed?
ps i love rock and roll

Khumar, for the left handed option, you have to go to the settings and change it to ‘lefty flip’..:-
Go to the Main Menu and look for Options, Settings or Game Settings. This will be different based on which version you have and which system you use.
Look for Controller Settings or Controller Options. You will have the option to enable the Lefty Switch for the P1 controller, the P2 controller, or both. Just select the one that you want to use to play left handed by pressing the green fret button.
Switch the guitar strap so that it will go over your right shoulder and under your left arm, if you use the strap at all. Start a new song and play left handed. You will be able to press the green fret button with your index finger, the red button with your middle finger and so on.
Remember that you will have to press the whammy bar when the heel of your hand now, instead of with your fingers as a right handed player would. If this is uncomfortable for you, you can just move the whammy bar out of the way and not use it.

…I didnt know that you were a guitarist also.
Anyways It shouldnt be a problem since guitar hero’s Guitar doesnt have a posture or style to it. It’s just 4 buttons with one dual which represents a string.

oooo maroush! i love you i do use the strap, even if i’m sitting. i’m such a geek 
i tried air guitaring it, i mean seeing if i could use the whammy with my right hand, and it kept following my left one so i will definitely use the heel of my hand
and as guitar hero doesn’t have a piano, and my bro won’t let me sing, it’s the guitar for me. hehe.
ps i really can’t play any instrument. i tried learning the piano, but had no time for it. or practice instrument. or space.

You can adjust the 'strum' portion, and depending on your controller, should be able to play either way (but you have to have the right type of controller).
Urdu Translation:
Guitar hero ke guitar ka koi posture aor koi style nahee hay to lefty use kero ya phir righty, koi farak nahee partha.
