How much would you spend (maximum) on a formal outfit and not feel guilty?

Is it a formal or casual outfit? Eastern/western? whats the occasion its for? it depends how much u like the outfit and how often you would wear it.

I would say $300 for a very formal outfit that i can wear to a wedding. $100-$200 for something a lil less formal for dinners and stuff. $350 for something that i fall in love with and if its completely full of work. I recently spend $400 for an outfit and feel super guilty about it. I plan on wearing it a million times before i discard it lol

Now if i was living in Pakistan the numbers would be lower its just that i dont have the resources to get anything cheaper here.
