Guilty Much???

Certainly its not about using baby products for yourself or stealing away baby food and feeding on it :hehe: But well the guilt, anyway. Being a parent, did you ever do anything that you felt was unfair to the kid and made you guilty afterwards? Or guilty while doing so? Here ofcourse I am not referring to punishing/being hard on the kids for their mistakes and all. Any any thing includes.

Like I know heart and soul how bad carbohydrated drinks are, for me, I would still crave one. And the worst being, I simply cannot do with a single glass of coke/pepsi. I have to have at least two glasses :what: :bummer: And then I would keep feeling guilty…

Do any of you have such guilts ever too?

Re: Guilty Much???

nope! no guilt!

Re: Guilty Much???

Since he is the first baby I ever had to raise, sometimes I feel like I experiment on him a bit..I already know a few things I won't do to the second child. Sometimes I feel confident to be a parent and then there are times I feel like I know jack n question everything I do..I m constantly learning and guilt us part of it!

I still feel guilty that I dreaded bfing him in early days because I was having hard time with it..I still feel guilty that I loaded his tiny miny thing with Vaseline after circumcision while I just had to put a small blob on there, I still feel guilty that I tried to o textbook parenting by putting him in bassinet when he wanted the warmth of his mother...I still feel guilty that I forgot to pack banana for his snack at day care and the list goes on!

And he us only 11 months old :D
