i know you guys are right,that is the key alone..but i dont know why is it taking so long.im 58kgs now want to get down to 45 kgs.yes im eating healthy,i just fear my body doesnt get used to elliptical and stops burning calories..
and somehow i cant access youtube,i know pakistanis can use hotspot but still i cant access..
there are two things 1-i expect results tooooo sooon 2- i cheat almost every day but my cheat is like..2 tbsp white rice with salan..or two bites roti (telling the exact amount though)
It's okay to cheat a little than binge and I tend to binge so cheat away. If you don't have access to youtube, try just downloading a workout video torrent or just buy one if possible.
The purpose of exercise should not be to burn off calories and lose weight, and it won't work well for that purpose either. It's all about diet. People need to realise that feeling hungry between is not a bad thing and does not mean you are going to keel over. You need self control to avoid eating crap and to limit portion size. Perhaps try recording everything you eat and drink because I'm sure there's a lot of small 'cheats' that add up.
I have done 3 rounds of the 30 day shred.. It's a great short video but I mostly lost inches and barely any weight, if you can't do regular push ups do them on your knees for now until you can do regular ones no shame in that
