Guidance needed asap; How to give KHUTBA?

If anybody could plzzz provide me with any good source/links for the proper way of giving a Khutba? like what are the things we should keep in mind while giving it or what are the steps involved…

also plzz let me know if anybody knows of any link where i can find very good and interesting Khutba’s…

Assalam Alaikum,

Basically a Khutbah should contain a minimum of 1 ayah, and 1 hadith, and it should be separated in 2 parts, with each part starting with a dua.
