Can I please please please get the recipe? :)
Ok sure here is wat my mom told me..
Bowl the water 6 cups of water
when it completely boiled add all purpose flour in to it 3 to 4 cups
Now be careful while adding the flour u should constantly stir the flour with water.. it is very easy for the flour to get in to small balls, if it happens it is no good so u should try to add flour slowly while stirring fast.... when u add all the flour.. make sure there are no small balls of flour.. if there was any then try to smash it with the back of ur spoon.. You should stir it for approximatly 40 mins until the flour is completely cooked in the water.. and the bottom of the pot shouldn't burn either..
For the sugar syrup.. You make the normal sugar syrup tat u make everyday.. Kachi tastes good if it is warm.. so when the flour is ready simply add the syrup on top of it and enjoy ...
P.S if it is hard for u to stir it with spoon while adding the flour. u can even use the electronic mixers to mix em... It seems really easy but it takes lots of time and effort in stirring it..
