Re: Guests wearing red to a wedding
and my eyes went straight to the bride in each pic. 
I won’t wear red to a wedding but I will wear a really really really heavy lengha and my jewelry. :halo: I wish wish wish I was kidding (sadly), but I did that at my devar’s wedding. I REALLY didn’t intend to outshine the bride because her outfit was light but delicate and she looked gorgeous (and I’m positive I didn’t because I looked utterly retarded) but I decided to wear my wedding stuff because:
- everyone around me said that this was the best time for me to re-wear my outfit.
- she said it was ok (because the very same debate was going on here then too
) - all my jahez stuff sucked cz it was all light/semi formal wear (I didn’t get to choose anything myself)
- back then I was really into being blinged out.
Since then, I think that’s contributed to my phobia of being overdressed but then I end up feeling horribly underdressed at most events
