yes…i opened a thread in Dec 2009 in which i had posted a pic of cashew nuts and asked people to identify it. no one could as far as i remember. here is the link to that thread:

NO way baba…chestnut is singhaaRaa :slight_smile: singhaaRaa is triangular in shape and has 2 thorny horns while Durian’s skin is prickly all over…:slight_smile:

I didnt come across that thread. Someone we know who lives in Malaysia had the tree grown in his house and was very fond of the ‘cashew apple’ (?).
