Until I noticed the domed buildings, large rectangular fountain (resembling those found in medieval Islamic gardens), and what "looks" like Arabic writing on the highway traffic boards, I thought that I was looking at a North American or European country. Right before scrolling down to the end, I assumed that I was looking at images of the UAE. But as stated on Jim Stone's website, I never would have guessed that the pictures are actually of Iran. Great photographs and beautiful architecture/buildings!
