Guess the answer

It is a very simple quiz game. Rules are simple. Write a puzzle on daily life and let people guess the answer.

Puzzle 1:

When I have a tooth ache, I go to dentist without treating it myself. When I want to check my eye sight, I don’t say, " As there are so many eye specialists in the city and everyone might have a different opinion, so I would check my eyes myself " Same applies to mending shoes, painting house, repairing vehicles, cutting hair, designing clothes, learning Spanish, judo, medicine, engineering,…etc. We are dependent on the specialist to guide us and to give us a solution. We don’t simply search for the solution from internet and our own mind and then apply it in our life.

Now the question is: Whom do we consult for solution / take guidance from, when we have problems related to a religious matter in life ?

Re: Guess the answer

Islam is complete code of life. so i think we shuld consult Quran and Sunnah

Re: Guess the answer

^ True. But is it OK if we consult it with only our own limited knowledge and understanding, without guidance of people who have been studying and learning it throughout their lives ?

I do understand that there is a mufti inside every one of us who tells us the basic difference between good and bad, but does that mufti deserves so much of authority in the initial stages when he has a long way to go to become knowledgeable enough to make decisions "without" too much consultation of great religious scholars.
