It used to be a role playing ritual for girls in last century. Some of the aunties here might have participated or might have arranged one.
Then there was childhood ritual of burying your dead pet just for the consolation of the kids.
Any one here has some innocent childhood story to share ?

I used to be part of guRiya gudday kee shaadi with my elder sister 
as for burial,
I remember burying my favourite choozaa in the street in front of back door of the house… hoping that it will resurrect by doing so…

My life was revovled around barbie dolls and their Ken. me and my elder sister used to arrange marriages and invite all of our female cousins . bakayada tent lagatay thay apnay room main. Lovely good old days

wood ka furniture bhi banaya tha jahaz kai lye. :)

Gudday rakhnaY waali laRkiyaa were smart…
They used to get guRiyaa for free after shaadi 
Sometimes they would fight each other for who is going to be dulha wali and who will be dulhan wali because of this reason , they will ruin the friendship.

wrong, we (me & sister) were about to arrange marriage of our gudda with my cousin’s gurriya but iss se pehlay ke shadi hoti my sister got married

I had many of these events with my dolls and sister and her dolls. Unfortunately, now that I come to think of it, they were inappropriate marriages as we had no guddas
